What is male factor infertility?
Up to 30% of infertility cases are attributed solely to the male partner. The more intense the workout and the more frequent the activity, the better the outcome.
3. Go herbal
Certain supplements have been shown to improve sperm count markedly. Tribulus terrestris, D-aspartic acid, maca, fenugreek, and ashwagandha are some examples of herbals purported to help improve male fertility. Ask a doctor if such supplements are appropriate.
4. Relax and minimize stress
Women attempting pregnancy are often told to relax, and the same can be said for men. Stress can cause decreased testosterone, lower sperm count, and even abnormal sperm production. Men can reverse such effects by focusing on relaxation techniques when work and life get stressful. Yoga, meditation, and working out can all help.
